General organisational remarks
The conference takes place from November 16-18,
2007, in Vienna: Europasaal of the Renner-Institute, Entrance Gartenhotel
Altmannsdorf, Hotel 2 (new building), Oswaldgasse 69, A-1120 Vienna, Austria.
Registration for participation necessary!
Deadline for registration is November 13, 2007.

The Conference fee is EUR
30,- for participation and congress materials (waived
for ITH-members!). ITH-members may book accomodation
during the conference via the registration form. Room reservations keep
their validity only if 50% of the total amount
are paid until October 31, 2007, at the latest. The remaining amount is
to be paid in cash at the conference Secretariat.
Travel expenses can
be refunded in a few, exceptional cases in order to facilitate contacts
to possible new members. Please apply for partial or total travel reimbursements
before October 1, 2007, and include a statement with arguments.
Important for Speakers
ITH does not pay a honorarium for speakers.
Travel expenses will be covered according
to previous arrangements with the Secretariat, on the basis: Budget
Flights, at least "APEX"-tickets (reduced weekend-fare), second
class trains, public transport between airport and railway station.
Accommodation and meals during the conference as well as the participation
in the conference are free. If necessary, we arrange accommodation in Vienna
before or/and after the conference. In any case we need the precise dates
of your arrival and departure by October 1, 2007.
We circulate abstracts of the contributions
among the speakers in order to facilitate communication. Everybody who has
not yet sent an abstract is urgently required to do so until
August 30 at the latest. We expect the draft
of the papers by October 15, 2007.
An international committee will decide on publication
of the papers after the conference. Only texts made available on
disc or e-mail attachment (word, wordperfect, rtf) by January 15, 2008,
can be considered for publication.
